CATALYST does not collect personal information about individual users of the Site except when that personal information is provided to CATALYST on a voluntary basis. For example, CATALYST will collect your name, address, phone number and/or email address and any additional details that you choose to provide if you complete the form in the Investors area of the Site. CATALYST uses this information for the purposes of including your information in CATALYST's databases and on CATALYST's mailing lists in order to provide you with updates and invitations to upcoming events that may be of interest to you, responding to any specific requests that you may make and otherwise for CATALYST's own marketing purposes.

CATALYST will also collect personal information that you choose to provide to us while using the Careers area of the Site. This information will be used for human resources purposes, including identifying and evaluating candidates for CATALYST positions, making a decision about whether an individual should be hired, maintaining appropriate record-keeping related to hiring practices and analyzing the hiring process and outcomes.

In addition, CATALYST relies on the services of third parties to host this Site. Consequently, CATALYST cannot and does not represent, warrant or guarantee the security of any information that you provide to CATALYST through this Site and any such information is provided at your own risk. CATALYST does not accept any liability for such information or for the misuse of such information by any party other than CATALYST.

You should also be aware that non-personal information and data may be automatically collected through the standard operation of CATALYST's internet servers, and such non-personal information may be used to: (a) recognize repeat users; (b) track usage behaviour; and (c) compile aggregate data that will permit content improvements and targeted advertising.

CATALYST will provide you with access to any identifiable personal information that CATALYST has collected about you through the Site. For example, if you request access to your information in order to verify its accuracy, CATALYST will make the information available to you within a reasonable period of time. Richmond, BC – Catalyst Paper today announced that it has amended its proposed Plan of Arrangement (the Plan) under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act. The Plan as so amended (the Amended Plan) will be considered by Catalyst Paper’s secured and unsecured creditors at the meetings scheduled for May 23, 2012 (the Meetings).

Richmond, BC – Catalyst Paper today announced that the meetings of its secured and unsecured creditors to consider the plan of arrangement under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act   have been rescheduled to May 23, 2012.  The meetings were previously scheduled for May 18, 2012.
