Our capital sourcing department is responsible for procuring and administering Catalyst's capital and construction service agreements.
The following documents and forms are provided for the information of contractor and service providers working on-site at Catalyst's Crofton, Elk Falls, Port Alberni or Powell River divisions. Contractors and service providers who agree to supply work or services to Catalyst will be required to agree to the terms and conditions contained in these documents.
Contractors and service providers may review these documents and forms for the purpose of familiarizing themselves with the terms and conditions applicable to work performed on-site at Catalyst. However, these documents and forms are protected by the laws of copyright and may not be copied, scanned, reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of Catalyst.

Contractor Prequalification
Contractors who wish to provide construction and/or specialty services to Catalyst Paper are required to undergo an annual contractor prequalification process. The document below (offered in both Microsoft "Word" and "pdf" format) must be fully completed and submitted (along with proof of general liability insurance, and Contractor WCB registration number) for review by Catalyst Paper.
