He has extensive experience in product development, sales, technical service and operations with over 20 years in the specialty paper market. He has extensive experience in various sales management positions with a number of leading paper companies.

Mark is a veteran in the newsprint industry.  Starting in 1977 with International Paper, moving on to Abitibi-Price in 1983 and then joining SP Newsprint in 1988 until its sale to White Birch in 2008, he has been involved with the successful sales and marketing strategies for three new paper machines.  He also created and implemented the distribution infrastructure for AZERTY, an Abitibi-Price computer supplies and accessories subsidiary.  Mark formed his own company in 2008 and expanded the footprint of the Snowflake mill in 2009 and 2010.  He recently joined Catalyst full time in June 2011 and is based in Atlanta, GA.

Sally's industry experience spans both pulp and paper.  She started with Fletcher Challenge in 1989, then joined the Paper Division in 1991 and had been through a number of capacities with the Paper Division.   In 2003 Sally moved into Pulp Marketing as sales coordinator and has become the Pulp Sales Director in 2007; she is responsible for pulp sales to all markets.
