James Hardt joined Catalyst in 1997. He has held various roles within the company and began selling Catalyst's paper products in April 2004. James has over two decades of printing and paper experience and is now responsible for managing sales solutions to retail insert customers. James completed his undergraduate studies at Mercer University in Atlanta, Ga. and is now based in Seattle.

John Moler

Sales director John Moler has more than 20 years of experience selling and servicing the printing and publishing industry. Having worked with some of North America's largest paper manufacturers and distributors, he has a successful record of helping customers meet their product and service goals. "It's great to be part of an organization laser-focused on meeting the needs of the customer. Catalyst has the talent, motivation and manufacturing complex to make it happen." John is located in our Long Beach location.

Ken Brar

Sales Operations Manager Specialty Papers

Ken Brar has been providing solid strategic and financial insight since joining the company more than 20 years ago. Starting as an accountant with Crown Paper, Ken progressed to various finance roles at the Elk Falls mill before moving into strategic planning and then sales and marketing in the corporate office. As sales operations manager for specialties, Ken oversees the development of new sales opportunities and plays a key connecting role between sales, customer service, supply chain and manufacturing. Ken is based in Richmond.

Matthew G. Stapleton

Vice President and General Manager Specialty Papers

Matt Leads our Specialties Sales Team. He is responsible for the Lightweight Coated and Uncoated product lines. Having joined Catalyst in 1999, Matt Stapleton was most recently responsible for sales to our retail insert customers as well as management of our uncoated product lines at two of our own BC mills. He has extensive experience in various sales management positions with a number of leading paper companies.
"My goal is to meet the needs of our customers from the time they order the paper until it is run through the press." Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The United States Naval Academy. Matt is based in Seattle.

Richmond, BC – Catalyst Paper today announced that it has amended its proposed Plan of Arrangement (the Plan) under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act. The Plan as so amended (the Amended Plan) will be considered by Catalyst Paper’s secured and unsecured creditors at the meetings scheduled for May 23, 2012 (the Meetings).

Richmond, BC – Catalyst Paper today announced that the meetings of its secured and unsecured creditors to consider the plan of arrangement under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act   have been rescheduled to May 23, 2012.  The meetings were previously scheduled for May 18, 2012.
