Rob has more than 31 years of technical and sales experience in the paper and print industries. He began his career as a press operator and is a graduate of the advanced web printing program at the Rochester Institute of Technology and the applied arts/graphics program at Algonquin College. Before joining Catalyst in 2003, Rob worked as technical customer service manager for Stora Enso North America. Rob is based in Richmond.

Mike is responsible for Technical Customer Service in the Midwest and Eastern areas of the US and is based in Wisconsin.  He has more than 35 years of experience in the paper industry in various production, quality, and technical service roles with Consolidated Papers, Stora Enso, New Page, and Catalyst Paper.  Mike holds a B.S. degree in Paper Science & Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point and an MBA degree from the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh.
